'A Year With Armin van Buuren' || The Armin Van Buuren Documentary

The documentary 'A Year With Armin van Buuren' takes one year out of the roaring life of the Dutch DJ. Shot during an important year, the result is a unique documentary that offers a rare look inside the life and personality of the world famous DJ/producer.
From his parental house to the private jets. The film brings you from empty hotel rooms to the heat of the moment, as 100,000 clubbers await their hero. From the preparations of his 'Mirage' world tour and the phone call that will tell him if he'll keep his number one DJ Mag Top 100 position. 'A Year With Armin van Buuren' is a documentary of an important time in the life of the DJ and reveals his perfectionism and huge passion for music.
Premiering the documentary on the KLM YouTube channel was a logical choice for Van Buuren. He explains: "I think KLM handles social media perfectly. They don't only represent some very clever and special campaigns, but also offer a 24/7 service via Facebook and Twitter. I'm on the road a lot and constantly switch time zones, so that flexibility and service is of great use to me. Through my social media channels, I always try to stay in touch with my fans. By premiering the documentary this way, 'A Year With Armin van Buuren' is available for every fan and viewer -- no matter where they live or what time zone they're in."
The documentary will be premiered on KLM's YouTube channel on October 6th 9.30 P.M. CET, after which it'll be available for another 2 weeks.. From October 12th on, 'A Year With Armin van Buuren' will be available on DVD athttp://www.ArmadaShop.com

PREVIEW: Nicky Romero & Calvin Harris - Iron (Dyro Remix) -Epic Electro House

The young electro protege of Hardwell- Dyro- is not slowing down after his huge Feed The Dada remix from last month. If you aren't familiar with Dyro, you've probably been living under a rock, but his songs Raid, Magno, and Metaphor are the three major ones to come off his EP co-produced with Hardwell on Revealed Records last year.
"Iron" by the power duo Nicky Romero and Calvin Harris has sat at the top of the dance charts for a while, and it qualifies as a banger with lyrics that we should expect to be shouted out during festival season next year.
The Dyro remix makes you look twice at the artist as a producer, as he's a force to be reckoned with. Somehow, he took an already heavy-syth heavy-bass drop song and made it even bassier. All heavy electro-house fans will like this remix for sure.
Dyro hasn't been seen doing much touring in the States, but if we're lucky, maybe he'll be with Hardwell on his next major tour.
Ticketfly’s social ticketing popular among EDM clients, fans
(Ticketnews) Ticketfly, a leading cloud-based social ticketing platform, recently released an infographic showing that electronic dance music (EDM) fans are more likely to use social media to purchase tickets than fans of other live entertainment venues.
According to the infographic, social media drives six times more ticket sales for EDM events. More and more promoters are connecting with fans using social media and at the same time, an increasing number of consumers are using social media to discover events and purchase tickets. Joris Voorn Deconstructs Don't You Worry Child for Fresh Remix
Most of you are going to fire up this track and be like "what the hell is this? This resembles nothing of the SHM song." You'd be exactly right!
Joris Voorn brings his unique dub/tech house vibe to the swedish house mafia original and freshens it up to almost an original status. In the background you can hear a vocal sample quickly saying "Don't you worry" in synch with a repetitious varying beat.
