Tritonal at Prime: Show Review

Tritonal, an up and coming American trance and progressive house duo, made up of members Chad Cisneros and Dave Reed from Austin, Texas, came to town this past Sunday night to drop some Easter treat beats on Prime Boston. Due to it being Easter Sunday, and perhaps the relative obscurity of Tritonal to the uneducated EDM listener, the crowd ended up being rather sparse. I could tell that a few of the people who showed up spilled over from the abrupt ending of Modestep across town at Royale. Besides that, I would have to say that the other half of the crowd was made up of pure trance family members.

Tritonal vs Ost & Meyer - Broken Antalya (Tritonal Mashup)

Rising lifts and soulful vocals are a magical combination for any trance track.  In Tritonal's original track "Broken Down", Meredith Call lended her voice to the track for a moving performance.  Tritonal has decided to take those lovely vocals and repackaged them into a new mashup. Their track of choice was Ost & Meyer's "Antalya".  Hence "Broken Antalya" was born.  It's an energetic track to get your monday going!
