Daft Punk Rumors Fake, No "Renoma Street"

We've been following the Daft Punk Rumors the last two weeks and actively chose not to blog them. The reason being is that the duo is so secretive, there was no way they were going to let some french magazine drop the exclusive on their new material. More then that, 99% of information surrounding daft punk rumors is always false and only gains traction because of the hype that follows so closely to the mega duo.

The French Magaine 'Tsugi' made an official statement to confirm Daft Punk Rumors Fake

“A pure creation, making fun of all the madness surrounding ...

Mass Native Does Spectrum Leezy Remix. [Exclusive]

22 year old, Holbrook, MA native, Leezy decided that he'd take a stab at Beatport's Spectrim Remix competition. He spit out this quality remix and then asked us if we'd give him support.  we only had one answer "Why wouldn't we support a local producer with content done this well?"

A little background on Leezy:

As a kid Leezy picked up drums and have played in multiple bands. He got the privilege to tour the US as a drummer and put out an EP with his pop punk band Beyond City Lights. Eventually he started playing guitar to dabble/record songs as he got bored of only playing drums (due to having no notes or melodies) and wanted to be a more well rounded musician. When he parted ways with his band in the summer of 2009, he started focusing on making his own music on software and picked up piano, collaborating with different artists in all genres. Leezy transformed over to an EDM fan in the summer of 2010 when he worked at a nightclub. That's when he knew what he wanted to do.

Leezy productions started out trying to establish  a unique quality sound. He began to play that sound at house parties at Umass Amherst, where he attended and recently graduated from. Leezy know continues to produce and Spectrum is his latest remix project

Look out for him in the area and follow him here:

Every Skrillex song played at the same time

So what happen's when every skrillex song played at the samt time?  Well my friends, wait no longer you must.  Take a listen to the video above and you'll find out!

It's amazing how all the songs follow the same exact time pattern of when the song builds up, drops, and plays the breakdown.  I guess you stick to what works???

Do you think Skrillex songs in the future will change time patterns?  Tell us below

New Lands by Justice Music Video Creates New Sport

What happens when you combine the creativity of Justice and combine it with the corporate money of Red Bull Music?

According to Justice you create new sport that combines elements of football, lacrosse, baseball, and roller derby.  This new sport isn't for the faint of heart either.  Pictured above you can see live video of what appears to be a game controlled like a video game that is played out in real life.  There's a lot going on but one thing is clear, the new sport combines the physicality of football with the skill of baseball.  It's a great video that for once is enhanced by the music not dominated by it in a crowd highlight sequence.

How can we make this game happen at Boston Common?
