Steve Angello Boston Show Review

Ocean Club has gotten off to an extremely impressive start in summer 2012.  The venue has played host to Skrillex and Nicky Romero in its Opening weekend and has also seen the likes of Steve Aoki, Thomas Gold, A-track, and Fedde Le Grand stroll through its doors.  OC Sundays as they are calling it has quickly dominated Sunday nights in the Boston area.  The question is, what's all the "noise" all about?  Read on for our Steve Angello Boston Show Review.

While most venues in the Boston and the Metro Boston area have pulled back on bookings due to the decreased population Boston is known for in the summer, Ocean club has done the exact opposite.  They have loaded up their Sunday night and made it the Venue to be at.  As a result, the venue attracts some of the sexiest of club goers, in addition to the EDM faithful.

Avicii Visuals Wow, Performance Pleases Some

The Le7els tour was dubbed the Biggest Dance Party of the summer by nightculture.com and was already historical in nature before the Levels tour even began.  Led by Tim Bergling, stage name Avicii, and accompanied by opening acts Pleasurekraft (Boston show), Morgan Page (Boston show), and others; the tour set out to provide enough capacity for Avicii’s growing fan base.  Doing so, Avicii’s management created the first electronic dance act to host an “all arena tour”.  In Boston, Avicii would also be the first Electronic Dance Act to play the TD Boston Garden, in recent memory.  This would be the status check on EDM in a mass market and the status of EDM specifically in Boston.  Until now, Avicii’s works have only been displayed in nightclubs, festivals, mainstream exposure in Super bowl commercials and radio play via Flo-Rida’s remixed version of levels.  Would Time Bergling, the most recent edm crossover artist embraced by the mainstream be able to lead such a massive tour to success?

Dada Life – Kick Out The Epic Motherfucker [official video]

The day has come for us to witness the visual accompaniments to 'Kick out The Epic Motherfucker'.  As one of the the biggest tracks in EDM over the last 4 months, Dada life has continued to build 'Kick out the Epic Motherfucker' ethos.  First came the instrumental, which was followed by vocals, and now we have the official video.

This video features everything you'd expect for 'Kick out The Epic Motherfucker'.  One of the funniest parts is when the guys grab the garden hose from the fat guy and shower him.
