Excision at House of Blues - Show Review

The House of Blues is still shaking after Excision and his Executioner hit the stage on Friday night. Alongside Paper Diamond, Excision put on a great show with a ton of bass.

Playing to a packed house, Paper Diamond played a great set in front of his multicolored visuals. The set consisted of great remixes and a couple of originals, including his hit “Can’t Tell Me Nothing,” that kept the crowd pumped and ready for more.

Once Excision hit the stage, though, House of Blues was blown away. With over 100,000 watts of bass and intense visuals, Excision set the scene for an intense set. Starting off, Excision was no where to be seen and instead “The Executioner” filled the stage. Using video-mapping and 3-D projector technology, animations came alive and were synced with Excision’s audio to visually stun the crowd. After “The Executioner” turned into what appeared to be a spaceship transformer like creature, lasers shot out the front and a window opened to reveal Excision, a truly epic entrance.

Excision & Paper Diamond Show Preview

If you thought the House of Blues in Boston was loud enough already, you're in for a treat this Friday night with Excision and Paper Diamond. Excision is bringing his spring tour to the House of Blues on Friday, March 22, alongside special guest Paper Diamond, as well as his new PK Sound sponsored production rig known as “The Executioner". This production setup consists of 200,000 watts of bass accompanied by  mind blowing visuals. Yes, that's right, I said 200,000 watts of bass. The Executioner is not only going too have the walls of the HOB practically falling down, but it is sure to melt numerous faces throughout crowd.

His Spring tour is off to a great start so far, as he has already torn through cities such as Burlington, Philly, LA, and Chi town. With his amazing production and the help of Paper Diamond, Excision is sure to make a mark on the Boston EDM scene this Friday. Excision himself already seems pretty stoked to take his tour to the House of Blues after posting “This weekend, HOB BOSTON... !! Are you ready for the Executioner? 100,000 watts of BASS? Paper Diamond and Vaski?!?” earlier this week. One thing is for sure, this is shaping up to be one hell of a show. So, if you're in the mood to hear some loud, grungy bass, be sure to grab some last minute tickets for Excision and The Executioner, alongside Paper Diamond at the House of Blues this Friday night. Paper Diamond Rocks New Ink Ahead of Boston Show Tonight

Earlier this week dubby electro funk artist, Paper Diamond, acquired some new body art.  The photo, which was posted on his instagram, features a triangle medallion on his right arm. Paper Diamond said, "it means- anything is possible if you look at it from the proper angle".
