DJ Costa House Party Fall Mix

DJ Costa has been on the scene in Boston for a long time now and all I can say is thank god.  I first heard him spinning hip-hop/top-40 at a bar and was refreshed by his original style.  He has the ability to burn threw 40 tracks in an hour and keep the crowd hyped all while not make you sulk at the brevity of tracks played.  He has gotten more into EDM as of late and hosts a residency at The Estate.  Def check him up if you want a change in the boring boston bar scene.

Aoki Like A Boss

Recently, Mixmag caught up with Steve Aoki.  As a result, we were blessed with a mix session featuring his latest track earthquakey people.  It's a different sound for Aoki with pop vocals over a top 40 house beat but still brings the house down for him.  There has been much acclaim surrounding DJs and calling them the new rockstars.  Aoki is one of the few that can really be called a Rockstar.
