(mixmag) First Deadmau5 takes on Ultra Music Festival, then Diplo disses Coachella for their "safe" line-up.
In a tweet, which has now been deleted, Diplo said: “Maybe I'm just throwing shade but 'Coachsmella' looks pretty lame this year. You used to be a place to check out new bands/music.
"Besides Snoop and Dre that's boss shit right there. Its like bootleg Ultra with a few bands that are safe."
Not gonna lie here, Coachella did a great job of pulling in the Big Room EDM Names, but there band lineup left much to be desired. Maybe they are starting to feel the competition out their from other festivals or maybe they are onto something. Eitherway, we will just have to see what happens this summer at Coachella!
