Mimosa Lashes out at Boston Show

Budweiser's Made in America tour stopped in Boston last night and made quite the ruckus, according to attendees and multiple sources.  The headliner for the evening was Mimosa and he received support from The M Machine and Joe Bermudez.  While the free event seemed to go off without a hitch in the beginning, Mimosa put the finishing touches on the evening to end otherwise.

When the headline DJ, at least for that night, came out Budweiser deployed a slew of free Foam Glow sticks into the crowd.  Everyone was having a good time rocking to the music and bouncing around.  Some were evening tossing the free glow sticks around.  Others though decided to throw some sticks on stage at Mimosa as he performed.  Most veteran artist would have brushed it aside and laughed it off.  However, Mimosa took it upon himself to right the wrong.  He lashed out at the crowd, stopped the music, and threatened to fight anyone that was throwing the sticks.  This bizzarro act was something straight out of E! entertainment news circa Charlie Sheen ABC explosion.  Fans didn't take lightly to it and continued to throw the glow sticks at him.  At that time Mimosa declared to the crowd "I'm out" and stormed off the stage.

What on earth was going on?!?

After thinking the night was over, to our surprise the begrudgingly Mimosa made his way back out on stage.  He declared he was there for "peace and love" and that he "would fight anyone that threw glow sticks in the alley".  It was a buzzkill for the night and we were not happy.  It's a good thing the show was free.

Ultimately we feel bad for the fans but more so for Budweiser.  Here's a company trying to hook us up with a free concert and it becomes a shit show.  I just hope they brave the weather and return next year with a revamped show free of Mimosa
